add a caching layer for the proxy server (STATIC app type) (#82)

add test to make sure file uploads work correctly
- backend
  - requires request to do the proxying (cleaner then using http)
  - uses the compression middleware for static applications
- tests
  - adds test to check if uploading files works
    - adds multer middleware to node-app example
  - checks for gzip content-encoding in static tests
