builtin password protected files in zip archives support

Provides support for encrypting files using a password when calling the
sflock.zipify() method. Although it should work for most
implementations, it may cause some issues with some unpackers or at the
very least throw around some warnings - the extra bytes required for the
password entry mess with ZipInfo header.
