tchannel: Introduce Channel interface (#447)

This introduces a new `Channel` interface for the TChannel transport. TChannel
Go's `*Channel` object satisfies this interface. This is needed to allow
customization of TChannel behavior from wrapper libraries that call YARPC Go.
