Module resolver (#40)

* Namespace support and nested struct serialization

  * Added ability of one struct to call another struct's generated
    binary protocol module to serialize
  * Added mappings of thrift module => namespace to file_group
  * Added resolver to file_group so we can figure out which elixir
    module a thrift struct winds up in.

* Quieted message printed during tests

* Got rid of grouping warning
