E2e tests (#3)

* Create tests for the commands "help", "version", "pack".

Start creating test for the command "publish".

* Activate skipped unit tests.

Add a fake web server.
Fix mocha test (no arrow function; see: https://mochajs.org/#arrow-functions)

* Fix parameter conflict `deploy`  ans `Version`.

- Fix error when calling the parameters `--deploy` and `--Version` where the current working directory will not be the one specified after `--deploy`.

* New header test.

* Add "publish" test and improve test using the fake server.

* Add .editorconfig file.

* Repair unit tests.

* Fix push test error and update CHANGELOG.md
