Package configuration update
- updated travis configuration to run test against lowest/locked/latest
  dependencies on PHP 5.6, 7, 7.1 and HHVM
- added coveralls configuration and coveralls badge
- updated PHPUnit to version 5.6 and PHPCodeSniffer to version 2.7
- updated tests to use non-deprecated methods
  `expectException` and `expectExceptionMessage` instead of `setExpectedException`
- updated PHPDocs in tests with data providers
- updated .gitignore
  - removed ignoring composer.lock
  - removed IDE custom files/directories
- added .gitattributes
- updated link to the documentation in README.md
