ansible: update deployment instructions to use container

Previous to this commit, the instructions stated to install
Ansible, Go and other tools needed to deploy CIAO successfully.

This commit changes the deployment instructions to make use
of the `clearlinux/ciao-deploy` container instead, removing
all the depdendencies install steps.
