Ignore errors on `npm list` when using with yarn (#5)

Yarn installs a slightly different set of modules but doesn't provide a way to generate a proper dependeny graph.
`npm ls` still works but does complain about missing/extraneous dependencies.
Ignoring errors doesn't feel right. This will hopefully only be temporary until yarn implements a command to get an extended list of installed modules.

Add integration test for `npm ls` not throwing.
