Commit Message

Change `render_to_csv_response` to return a `StreamingHttpResponse`.

The old behaviour is available by setting the keyword argument
`streaming` to `False`.

Also drop support for Python 2.6 and Django 1.5-1.7, adds Django 1.10 to
the test matrix, and cleans up the README a bit.
