* Added Czech Language support

* Updated Constant List for Languages

Added Czech option,
ordered alphabetically

* Language constant order fix

* Removed BOM character from Czech cs.json file

* Aligned field names with lastest upstream base

settings-options-style fields were missing the 's'
Could have sworn I had the latest base file

* Reverted languageMap to alphabetical order by key

* Fixed key name in cs.json

Fixed title-settings-hotkeys key

* Updated translations

Per review suggestions and discussion updated the following translations:
Palec nahoru -> Líbí se mi
Palec dolů -> Nelíbí se mi
Zeslabit hlasitost -> Snížit hlasitost
Pozastavení po této skladbě. -> Po této skladbě se pozastaví přehrávání.

* Translated icon color inversion
