DEC-1127:
- Fixed a bug with caching. Was not using the media as part of its cache key, so replacing an image would never refresh
- Changed FindOrCreateImage to always reprocess the image. Would prefer to only do this if there is no current job in the queue, but I could not find a reliable way to do so.
- Removed ProcessImageJob. This job was used for performing preprocessing on images which is no longer done. I did not remove the worker yet.
- Changed HoneypotImageWorker to explicitly define the retry count to save us search time in the future. I left it at the default 5 for now.
- Changed sneakers log level to info in order to remove the constant heartbeats
