Commit Message

Adding unique (random) user ID that's generated post-install.

Only used for identifying the same user across multiple requests (similar to
cookie use cases in browser). I have mixed feelings about this but feel like
it may ultimately be necessary for a future round of features (dynamic difficulty
ratings, badges, detecting spam in logs, individual usage and performance stats).
