Commit Message

The default now is to run nested tasks directly in threaded mode rather than nesting jl_threading_run calls.  This was interacting with reductions whereby only one entry in the reduction array was going to be filled in corresponding to the current thread id.  Therefore, for the nested case, in native mode, we use the threadid to get the single reduction value out of the array and then skip the reduction loop.
