Don't expect section to raise errors when not filtered

Accessing ContentSection fields without calling `.filter` will
return the original text (including template tags). This is unlikely
to be done on purpose and so it would be nice to raise an error early
in this case. However, we couldn't come up with a good way to restrict
attribute access for unfiltered ContentSection objects, so we're
removing the test for now.

It's possible that the right approach would be to limit access to
section objects from unfiltered manifests.
