wreck: Lua plugin to add lwj.hostlist

Build hostlist from rank information for a job from the kvs, and
place the sorted, unique hostlist result into 'hostlist' key in the
lwj kvs directory.

Export of the result to the environment doesn't quite work yet,
more investigation needed.
