Configurable VISIBLE_BY_PK field in the settings (#52)

* Added VISIBLE_BY_FIELD variable to the manager for changable pk. imported from django settings
Added DELETED_VISIBLE_BY_FIELD while keeping DELETED_VISIBLE_BY_PK for
backwards compatability.

* added visibility_field in function instead of having it as global setting. Updated docs and tests
