Refactor project after `react-side-effect` model

* Killed the `StyleElement` child element, dynamically create `<style />` elements in the document
  * Unfortunately, this means maintaining the overhead of the element is now this modules responsibility instead of Reacts
* Implement `rewind` and `peek` based on `react-side-effect` and `react-helmet`
* Only one style element can be rendered - on the client-side, it'll replace the style element with its own content on render
