Use direct execution context for internal callbacks

This commit proposes to use a direct ExecutionContext, i.e callbacks are
executed on the same thread as the original compuation, to prevent an
scheduling hop. Moreover it remove the need of an ExecutionContext in the
AsyncLoadingCache method.
