* docs(HEMS): explain why measurements cover the simulated days

The HEMS tutorial uploads measurements for the simulated days up front,
which makes the dashboard look as if forecasts were made for data already known.
Their belief times lie at the end of each event, though,
so forecasts and schedules only use what was known at the time.
Point readers to the replay button to watch the simulation unfold,
and correct the tutorial summary (two simulated days, not one week).

* docs(HEMS): show the replay next to the latest data

Link a screenshot from the FlexMeasures/screenshots repo of a site's graphs,
on the latest data and paused in replay,
and describe what the replay shows, including that prices and limits stay visible throughout.
