feat(ui): open a datatug.app page in the terminal with --deep-link (#568)

`datatug ui --deep-link <datatug.app address>` opens the project and page the web app is on, in the terminal UI. It is a named flag, not a positional argument (founder, 2026-11-04).

Source commits:

- f17ba8a34c74 feat(ui): open a datatug.app page in the terminal with --deep-link
  `datatug ui --deep-link <address>` reads an address of the web app
  (https://datatug.app/..., or http://localhost:<port>/... for a local web
  build) in the shapes of datatug-apps' project-address library and opens
  the matching project and section of the terminal UI.
  - pkg/deeplink: pure parser for /project/github.com/..., the legacy
  tree/blob forms, /store/<id>/project/<id> and the Space shape. Any other
  host, credentials or a malformed address is a usage error (exit 2) that
  names the expected form and never repeats the address.
  - dtproject.OpenDeepLink: one resolver per kind of project. GitHub
  projects open from ~/datatug/github.com/<owner>/<repo>[/<dir>], cloning
  first when missing, and are added to the settings once they load;
  local `datatug serve` agent projects open by settings id; DataTug
  Cloud, browser-stored and unknown-store projects show a notice on the
  Projects screen (a cloud resolver can replace that entry later).
  - datatugui.Options.Then runs the resolver after the start module opens.
  - --deep-link is mutually exclusive with --file and --result; `ui` now
  refuses positional arguments.
  - README documents the flag and https://datatug.app/run-cli, and the
  installer addresses move to https://datatug.app/get-cli(.ps1).
  - spec/features/cli/ui: REQ deep-link-flag, deep-link-targets and an AC.
