Single VM: Deploy images using the image service

This commit makes use of the image service inside Single VM.  Rather
than manually copying images to /var/lib/ciao/images, the images
downloaded by setup.sh are uploaded to the image service using ciao-cli.
This simplifies setup.sh a little and also ensures that the image
service is being tested on each run of Single VM.

Fixes #611
