* fix(csv-exporter): exclude GRID_LEVEL_COL column - 21.2.x

Exporting a grid with summaries to CSV added the internal
GRID_LEVEL_COL helper column used for Excel summary formulas.
Filter it out of the exported columns, as the Excel and PDF
exporters do.

Hierarchical grids keep their columns under the grid instance, so
the CSV exporter takes the keys from the records, which still hold
the internal GRID_LEVEL_COL. Leave it out of those keys as well,
keeping the child grid fields.
