fix(storage): find Content-Encoding in any casing when sizing a download (#2109)

Follow-up to #2105.

`_bodyLength` looked up `content-encoding` by its lower case name only.
The `package:http` clients lower-case the headers they receive, but a
client written against `BaseClient` can return any casing. With
`Content-Encoding: gzip` in mixed case, the encoded `Content-Length` was
exposed as `StorageDownload.contentLength` and used as the `onProgress`
total, although the HTTP stack may decode the body to a different
length.

It now uses the case-insensitive `headers.header` lookup from
supabase_common, the same one used for other response headers. A test
covers a mixed-case `Content-Encoding`.
