Refator client_factory.py module. (#17)

* Refator client_factory.py module. Update keeper.py

  * client_factory.py
    - Make an unification of client in this module
      instead of making spam here.
  * keeper.py
    - Add `get` method as unification of all other get* methods
  * spam_factory.py
    - Resolve issue with networks for nova.
    - Add `come_up_subnet` method for generating of subnets.
