fix: copy nested resources when cloning with forkResourceStore (#2456)

cloneInstance({ forkResourceStore: true }) copied the store data only down
to the namespace objects, so nested keys and arrays were still shared with
the original instance. addResource() on a nested key and a deep
addResourceBundle() write into those objects in place, which changed the
original instance and every other fork too.

Copy every object and array level instead. It is still faster than a JSON
round trip.
