CA-432581: Limit dnf5 repoquery to the latest update version per package (#7350)

Add "--latest-limit=1" to dnf5's repoquery "--upgrades" and
"--available", so only the newest version of each name.arch is listed,
as yum does.

Additionally, unlike yum's, dnf's "--available" still returns the
repository's copy of an installed package when no newer version exists.
Filter out the available packages whose name.arch is installed, so that
only packages to be newly installed remain.

The repoquery output is only a fallback (and a cross-check) for the
human-readable output of "dnf upgrade --assumeno": the dry run resolves
the transaction (new dependencies, obsoletes, group members) while
repoquery does not, but its parsing is less robust. This is designed for
some corner cases which can't be covered by repoquery. In future, dnf5's
formatted output could be evaluated to replace the dry-run parsing if it
could cover all the corner cases.
