feat(typegen)!: read pg_lsn and macaddr columns into value types (#1994)

## Summary

`pg_lsn`, `macaddr` and `macaddr8` columns generated `String` getters,
so users had to parse the text themselves. They also got the text
filters (`like`, `ilike`, `matchRegex`), which Postgres has no operators
for on these types, so those calls failed with 42883. They now map to
two new value types in `supabase_common`, re-exported from postgrest:

- `PostgresLogSequenceNumber` for `pg_lsn`. It keeps the 64-bit position
as its `high` and `low` 32-bit halves, so it stays exact on the web, and
it is `Comparable` in log order. It parses and renders the `16/B374D848`
literal Postgres emits.
- `PostgresMacAddress` for both `macaddr` (six bytes) and `macaddr8`
(eight bytes). It holds an unmodifiable copy of the `bytes` and renders
the lowercase, colon-separated form Postgres emits. `parse` reads the
hex digits with `:`, `-` or `.` separators in any grouping, or none.

Both implement `PostgresValue`, so filters and writes send their
`literal` with no change to the filter renderer. Array columns of these
types work the same way (`List<PostgresMacAddress>` for a `macaddr8[]`).

The generator reserves both names, so a schema object called
`postgres_mac_address` cannot shadow the type.

## Breaking change

Regenerated getters for these columns change from `String` to the value
types, and the text filters are no longer offered on them.

## Tests

- Unit tests for both types: parse, literal, round trips, ordering,
equality and validation.
- Parser test for the new kinds, fixture columns (including a
`macaddr8[]`), regenerated goldens, and a behavior test covering read,
write, a `gt` filter and an array `contains` filter.
- `catalog_values` gains `pg_lsn`, `macaddr` and `macaddr8[]` columns. A
postgrest integration test writes them and then reads them back through
`gt`, `lt`, `eq` and `contains` filters against the local stack.
- The SDK compliance symbol, drift and schema checks ... (continued)
