I like using Jekyll, and wanted to add a bit more preprocessing for some .less / .js files.  I am not, however, a ruby developer (a common flaw among humans, I suspect) and this took me longer than I'd like to figure out.

Thought I'd write it down so the next developer could skip the learning-enough-ruby-to-do-this step.
