Change default minimum_frequency

The default minimum_frequency is now 1.5/T, so the maximum period is
T/1.5.  I decided to change because I often want to plot power vs
period, having a default maximum period of 10T does not help at all and
forces to always set a more useful minimum frequency.

There is no strong theoretical nor practical reason to explore regions
of periods higher than the whole observational window.  In addition, in
this way we can save a few evaluations.
