Implement Stripe functionality for checkout (#42)

* Install stripe gem

* Generate stripe charges controller

* tries to fix ssl method error by setting protocol to tlsv1.2
adds StripeMock and refactors the StripePayment to use mocks in test env

* sets ignore-ssl-errors=yes for phantomjs

* adds spec for StripePayment concern

* moves some scenarios to the appropriate feature file

* adds scenario for sad path for checkout

* Refactor carts controller, remove f-bombs from code

* Add line to scenario explicitly testing no pay with card button
