fix: guard GridDisk and GridDiskUnsafe against negative k (#165)

GridDisk and GridDiskUnsafe passed k straight into cgo after sizing the
output buffer with maxGridDiskSize(k). That polynomial is symmetric about
k = -0.5, so a negative k still yields a positive size: the allocation and
the cgo crossing happened only for C to reject k with E_DOMAIN.

Add a Go-side k < 0 check that returns ErrDomain up front, matching
GridRing and GridRingUnsafe directly below and the pure-Go x/h3go
implementation. This skips the wasted allocation and cgo call on invalid
input. GridDisk now returns a nil slice alongside the error instead of an
empty one.

Add negative-k coverage for both functions.
