Allow a length as a switch subject (#809)

We refused ``if len(text) == 2: ... elif len(text) in (3, 30): ...``
as a switch, since only enumerations, strings and integers were valid
subjects. We now accept a length as well, with non-negative integer
labels, as a length is never negative and C++ does not narrow
``case -1:`` to the unsigned length.
