fix: repair GitHub Pages build (#239)

Pages runs Jekyll over the whole repository and renders every Markdown
file through Liquid. Go composite literals and text/template snippets
such as {{1, 2}} or {{.Name}} are parsed as Liquid tags and fail the
pages-build-deployment run.

- add _config.yml excluding skills/, gen/ and the two v2 docs that
  contain such snippets
- fix the invalid YAML front matter of the fp-go-http skill (unquoted
  ": " inside the description)
