Conditional navbar (#23)

* fixed flash notice for placing order

* added flash for dish addition (not relevant for this PR but needed)

* added navbar steps to hide create dish from visitors

* added step to see what logged in customer sees and not sees

* shows Create Dish only to restaurant owners

* Test to make sure the conditional worked

* added more things a restaurant owner should see

* WIP tests for hiding cart-link from owners

* trying to use cancans helper methods to condition the links

* owner-links-show-up when editing restaurant but not when on any other part of the site

* changed to current user again and added a try

* added edit-profile link to customers

* amended feature text

* moved the flash after added dish
