This rake task creates a db/ folder with each security check yamlized
and grouped by its check.

I will eventually have to put a metafile in the root folder describing
the content, the KB version level and the dawnscanner API able to
consume it.

This change will lead to the following security threat: an attacker can
tamper the content of the KB. So we must add a SHA something signature
check for each file (or for the KB it self) and we must implement in the
routine fetching the KB a control that no MitM can be done + cert
pinning and so on.
