* Create association between dishes and menus

* Create joint table for dishes and menus
dishes can belong to many menus
menus can have many dishes

* Remove empty migrations

* Update unit test for dish-menu association

* Add regression test for menu-dish association

* Write cuke tests for adding a dish to a menu

* Add step def for creating menus

* Add menu checkbox to add-a-dish page

* Add menus to dishes on creation and display menu on dish page

* beautified the checkboxes for add to menu on add dish page

* Added logic to prevent menus from displaying if there are no menus

* Remove unnecessary comments

* Remove unnused 'show' method in menus controller

* Refactor checkbox step def
