Simplified test_xml()

Overall goal: Simplify the satanic test_xml() function.

* Create gatherallids(), parseresultfile(), and isolatewarnings() as
  separate functions to reduce complexity of test_xml
* Simplify gatherallids() with the help of collections.Counter to find
  double IDs
* Make more indendation to clarify which structure belongs to which

=> Looks much better IMHO, but the overall complexity is still very high
   for a "simple" test case. Should be refactored in the future.
