Single VM: Add ADMIN env vars to demo.sh

This commit adds the CIAO_ADMIN_USERNAME and CIAO_ADMIN_PASSWORD environment
variables to demo.sh.  This ensures that the BAT tests will run correctly
inside the Single VM, after setup.sh has completed.
