Restructure README #103

The README needs some attention, here is my first take on it:

- Make the start easy (Quickstart section)
- Show how to run
- Show how to run tests
- Move buildout-section to the end
- Inform and invite developers

Somebody should also add a "What to expect"/"What's working" section.
