Commit Message

Add classes for retrieving the extension configuration data.

Add the objects to retrieve the global and user extension configuration.
Encapsulate the configuration for each user into a UserConfigItem class.
Also add a method to be able to have the the global configuration
provide defaults for the user configuration.
