feat(live-loan-ads): funded-state landing event and ad fallback headline (#7162)

Fire a dedicated 'borrower-profile' / 'funded-state landing' analytics event when a liveloans ad click lands on a funded/non-lendable borrower profile (minimal view), carrying the raw loan status in the property arg. Show the "This loan was just funded! Find another loan" headline for those landings via a new isLiveLoanAd prop on LoanProgress (default false, other consumers unchanged).
