fix(models): add missing SoftwareStatus members (#641)

The API returns SoftwareStatus values that the enum did not model, so
deserializing a software-update-status response raised
`ValueError: '<X>' is not a valid SoftwareStatus` and the whole payload
failed to parse:

- UPDATE_AVAILABLE (reported in #636)
- UPDATE_IN_PROGRESS (reported in the same thread)

Add both members and a fixture using the real UPDATE_AVAILABLE payload
from the report, wired into the existing test_software_updates coverage.
