fix: address post-276/277 review findings (#278)

* Fix C++ safety and style review findings

Harden terminal-token parsing and header self-containment, remove banned hidden mutation and volatile benchmark sinks, and align internal tags and tests with repository conventions. Extend sanitizer coverage and document the external exact-alpha probe so the repaired boundaries remain verifiable.

* Make DAL web fail closed and cancel polling

Require the complete native calibration surface at startup and isolate synthetic behavior behind an explicit test gateway so production cannot report fabricated convergence. Stop valuation polling on unmount and update React Router to the current compatible release.

* Retire stale artifacts and widen docs checks

Remove completed or contradicted design and audit artifacts, eliminate duplicate README badges, and apply the documentation checker to Codex, GitHub, and backend guidance while preserving literal inline-code examples.

* Keep the Codex artifact root tracked

* Address Codacy and Copilot findings

* Keep Playwright fallbacks test-only

* Make valuation cancellation StrictMode-safe
