test: add provider bridge conformance replay suite

Replays synthetic/captured provider payloads through the OpenAI Chat,
OpenAI Responses (Codex), and Anthropic-Messages pass-through bridges —
covering SSE deltas, reasoning_content→thinking, thinking blocks, include
arrays, api_key vs chatgpt_oauth variants, stop_reason/usage mapping,
malformed/partial chunks, and final UI-visible message artifacts.

The suite also exposed and fixed two real OpenAI-Chat-bridge defects:
- close open text/thinking content blocks before surfacing a mid-stream
  upstream error (previously a malformed stream with no content_block_stop);
- open tool_use blocks only in the post-loop flush (sequential start→args→stop)
  instead of eagerly mid-stream, which fixes overlapping parallel-tool-call
  blocks and drops an incomplete tool_call on error rather than emitting a
  half-streamed input_json_delta.
