fix(validator)!: bump ajv and add support for OCA schemas

- Bump Ajv to 8.20.0 (fixes #92)
- Validators now work across multiple JSON Schema versions (draft 04/06/07).
- Validators now use out-of-the-box (unedited) OCA schemas.
- OCPP 2.1 schemas fixed. (closes #94)
- License details updated accordingly.
- Updated docs for createValidator, and added upgrade advice for breaking changes.

BREAKING CHANGE: Custom schemas now require an nid component (as they always should have). (Namespace IDs were previously not allowed by ocpp-rpc < 3.x and were not enforced by Ajv < 8.15.0). This breaking change only affects users of ocpp-rpc with custom schema validators, and should not affect typical users of OCPP standard schemas.
