feat: update to UI5 Web Components 2.25.0 (#8828)

## Summary

- Update `@ui5/webcomponents` family from `2.24.0` to `2.25.0` (root
deps + `-tools` devDep, and `~2.25.0` peerDependencies across `main`,
`base`, `ai`, `compat`, `cypress-commands`; `charts` uses caret ranges
and was untouched)
- Regenerated wrapper components for main, fiori, AI, and compat
packages
- Restored hand-written customizations in `ExpandableText` and the 5
compat `Table*` components (no generated changes to those files this
release — clean restoration, no merges needed)
- Synced `ThemingParameters` (no changes this release)
- Added `2.25.0: 2.25.0` to `config/version-info.json`
- Regenerated `package.json` exports maps and rebuilt the MCP server

## New Components

- **`InputIcon`** (main) — an interactive icon that slots into `Input`'s
`icon` slot, providing button-like hover/focus/active states. Added to
the `webComponents` barrel export and exports map (alphabetically),
documented as a subcomponent in `Input.stories.tsx` + `Input.mdx`, and
categorized under `Inputs` in the MCP server config.

## Breaking Changes

- **`MenuSeparator`** — removed the `onClick` prop / `click` event
(previously added in 2.23.0). Upstream `ui5-menu-separator` no longer
emits the activation event. No internal usages found in this repo.

Other wrapper changes this release are additive (non-breaking):
- `Dialog`: new `showFullscreenButton` boolean prop
- `DynamicDateRange`: new `accessibleNameRef` prop
- `ToolbarSelectOption`: new `value` prop
- `ToolbarSelect`: `change` event documented as available since 2.25.0
- `UserSettingsDialog`: new `saveMode` prop and `onSave` / `onCancel`
events; `onBeforeClose` documented as cancelable
- `Toolbar`: keyboard-handling / accessibility JSDoc updates
- `UserMenu`: JSDoc `@since` correction (2.25.0 → 2.24.0)

## Theme Changes

None — theme set unchanged (`sap_fiori_3` and `sap_horizon` families).

## ThemingParameters Changes

None.
