start using the log package, with ini files as Jonathan set up move configuration as much as possible out of code and into data files, .cfg files specifically support multiple configuration files for a single application (the WC simulator core and multialgorithm app, e.g.), and single configuration and log files shared among multiple modules create Sequential_WC_Simulator/core/config and examples/config to hold configuration files for core and examples, respectively enabling logging of simulation spacetime plot data, and remove plot_output control from parameters Fix latent bugs that used mutable objects (lists, dicts, etc.) as values for default parameters; employ the approach suggested in in https://docs.python.org/3.5/reference/compound_stmts.html#function-definitions make retain_history=True the default for SharedMemoryCellState test reproducible execution of MultiAlgorithm.main()
