First step towards introducing redux-saga

The plan is to have saga dispatch an action every time the
exercises reducer updates the state. This would allow the days
reducer to simply react to the new state rather than duplicating
a lot of logic. Since Immutable.js `merge` is a no-op if nothing
has changed the days reducer can be dumbed down significantly and
probably just calculate everything whenever something changes.
