Drop Django 4.2 (EOL), add Django 6.1 (#1124)

Django 4.2 LTS reached end of life on 2026-04-07. Django's main branch
has already moved to 6.2.0-alpha, meaning 6.1 has split into its own
stable/6.1.x branch (RC1 out, final expected ~August 2026) — adding it
now per policy of tracking main's divergence rather than waiting for
the final release.

- pyproject.toml: drop 4.2 classifier, bump Django floor to >=5.2, add
  6.1 classifier
- tox.ini / ci.yml: drop 4.2 from the matrix, add 6.1 (py312-py314,
  matching 6.0's Python floor); add --prerelease allow to the Django
  install step since only 6.1rc1 exists on PyPI right now
- AGENTS.md: update the matrix table

This is a maintenance-mode compatibility fix, not a new feature.
