Further integrate discourse and LL

I had to make a new discourse instance because the old one was on bad hardware
at amazon and locked up.

Changed the API "bot" username to the system user, made API key and changed
LL settings and travis settings to include proper and spoof passwords

added all allauth templates to the templates dir
